Alissa expertly led our first Pop-up ‘Shop on Collaborative Communication in the Workplace. We talked about communication styles, perceived versus intended tone, and how to more effectively communicate what you need - especially over email.

Alissa has been Program Director for Berkowitz Civility Group for over six years where she designs workshops that focus on collaborative communication skills.

With training in conflict navigation, mediation, communication, and somatic coaching Alissa helps individuals, pairs, and groups articulate thoughts under pressure, set boundaries, balance tempers, and navigate the intense emotions of others.
